Sue Gordon

Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, ODNI

Gordon is a huge proponent of diversity and inclusion in the workforce, with the goal of bringing the best and brightest minds into the nation’s intelligence community. At an event in 2018, she talked about driving tech adoption to nontechnical workers. “One of the ways to do that is to be the leader who demonstrates the value of [tech], not just the act of it,” she said. “If there are things we know about us as women, it’s that we are pretty outcome-based. We don’t play video games for hours and hours and hours unless we want to get something for it.”
