Aronson manages an organization of more than 300 IT workers in support of the agency’s mission to fund cutting-edge research. A proponent of lifelong learning, she also serves as co-chair for the CIO Council’s Workforce Committee. She said, “we need to continuously learn from everyone — those who work for you, with you and beyond.” Aronson told FedScoop she likes “leaders who have a clear vision and a good sense of humor.  It is much easier to follow someone who is able to make clear what they want, then, of course, I need them to be able to laugh about it when I fail to deliver.”
